Important: Volunteers do not carry cash, and we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

What Does “Homebound” Mean?

Being homebound means leaving your home is difficult or requires assistance, often due to age, illness, or disability. This definition is recognized by organizations like the Veterans Administration, Medicaid, and Medicare.

Eligibility Requirements:

You must be medically homebound according to the Veterans Administration, Medicare, or Medicaid.

A simple certification form signed by your healthcare provider is required—no medical records needed.

Send the form to us; your information is securely destroyed immediately after verification.
