To receive payouts on HarrisburgShopping.com, all vendors must complete Stripe’s verification process. This ensures compliance with financial regulations and keeps our marketplace secure.
Some vendors are verified instantly, some a few hours, and some may take up to a week. Harrisburg Shopping has no control over verification times.
Stripe is the same billing processor for Uber, Amazon, Lyft, Shopify, and Etsy.
Harrisburg Shopping never has access to your Stripe account. Please contact Stripe directly for inquiries regarding your account, payout schedule, or verification status.
1. Immediate Steps to Take (If Stripe account is Pending)
- Check for Red Banners: Log in to your Stripe Dashboard. If Stripe requires more info (like a selfie or proof of address), a red banner or notification will appear at the top.
- Verify Your Email: Check your inbox (and spam) for messages from Stripe. They will notify you if a document was rejected for being blurry, expired, or having a name mismatch.
- Avoid Re-submitting: If you do not see an error message, do not upload new documents. This can reset the review timer and delay your approval further.
2. Core Requirements

3. Common Issues
- Review Time: Standard verification takes 24–72 hours, but manual reviews can take up to 5 business days.
- Verification Failure: Usually caused by a mismatch between your Stripe profile address and the address on your ID.
