Harrisburg Shopping is not a normal company—it is a public utility that belongs to you and every one of the 500,000+ neighbors in our area. We aren't here to make millions, we're here to make sure an elderly woman has a lightbulb.

Class A (Community Members): 

Comprised of the individuals and entities within the geographic locations provided in Article III, Section 3, including local vendors, customers, employees, and volunteers, registered on the Harrisburg Shopping Logistics, PBC, website, located on the worldwide internet at https://www.HarrisburgShopping.com. Pursuant to 15 Pa. C.S. § 5721 and Article VI herein, Class A holds the directing power over specified operational priorities as defined in the Bylaws.

Because you own it, you get to decide how it works.

Every month, we hold a vote to set the rules and choose what direction Harrisburg Shopping moves.

How to Cast Your Vote

Your participation is the engine that runs Harrisburg Shopping. To make your voice heard, follow these simple steps:

New Neighbors: If you haven't joined yet, create an account on Harrisburg Shopping to verify your residency.

Returning Owners: Simply log in. The voting dashboard will appear immediately as your landing page.

The Golden Rule: You get one vote per topic per month. Your vote counts as much as hers, as his, as theirs.
